As we dive into what promises to be a hectic fall on many fronts, let's take this opportunity to gather, slow down, and connect to inner guidance. It is a special honor to introduce meditation teacher and life guide Michelle Lloyd-Miah to the USG community. We will incorporate self-care through breath and gentle movement practices, carving out moments of stillness and reflection. This workshop is an opportunity for us to pause, hone our inner resources, and gather strength for what's next. All bodies and levels of flexibility are welcome!
Date and Time: Saturday, October 3rd 2026; 1:00 - 4:00pm.
Location: Edna Jones Assembly Room and outside at Unitarian Society of Germantown.
Registration cost is $45 per person or $75 for two, bring a friend! This covers the workshop and a healthy snack. Contact us if cost is a concern: ewyssflamm@gmail.com (Esther); meditationbutterfly@gmail.com (Michelle).
